We are an official branch of the Society of Creative Anarchonism (www.sca.org) and participate in most of the activities of the SCA. We do medieval martial arts - heavy fighting, rapier fighting, siege and combat archery. We are also active in target archery and a variety of craft projects we refer to as Arts and Sciences (A & S) - such as leatherworking, papermaking, stain glass making, brewing ...
We have two yearly events - Fields of Gold early in July and St.Crispin's in late October where our heavy defender, archery defender, rapier defender, A & S defender and bardic defenders are chosen to represent our Shire.
Tir Bannog (Land of Peaks) is a Shire (from Hazelton to Burns Lake) in the Principality of Tir Righ (most of British Columbia and a bit of Washington state) in the Kingdom of An Tir (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Washington, Oregon and a bit of Idaho).

While we are an official branch of the SCA; comments, articles ...anything on this site is in no way to be considered to be official policy of the SCA. Site Administrator is Lord Nikolaas de Anvers if you need to contact me email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
